Our ideal floor manager is someone who is able to bring this experience to an even higher level. You’re responsible for the restaurant, and you’ll motivate and control the team. Besides, you will function as the point of contact for colleagues who are eager to learn from your knowledge and experience. You are able to provide our guests the most friendly and welcoming service during their breakfast, lunch and diner. After all, you already gained 3-5 years of experience working in the hospitality industry. You will advise them in menu and beverage choices, perform bar duties and other tasks that are involved. In short, you make sure the guests have the total Fitz-Roy experience. And as icing on the cake, you will help with the check-in/check-out of hotel guests and answer the questions they might have. Your team will be ready to give our guests an unforgettable experience.
